Questions we are asked
When does billing begin?
Only after you complete your brief, our team reviews it and confirms the campaign can begin. Submitting the brief is free. We tell you by email when the campaign can begin.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The service is month to month. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent another billing cycle. Charges for a period in which work has begun are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Is there a placement fee or commission?
No. ApplyDone does not take a percentage of your salary and does not charge a success fee.
How many applications will you submit?
Our delivery target is 20–35 quality applications per active search day. This is a target, not a guaranteed minimum. Actual volume depends on suitable live openings, your approved criteria, application complexity, and employer systems, and we share a record of the work actually completed.
