How it works
You approve the rules once. We work inside them every day.
Free
Share your search brief
Roles, locations, salary, work authorisation, sponsorship needs and your resume. We do not ask for passwords.
Before you pay
A person reviews it
We tell you before you pay if we cannot support your search.
Your call
You approve the rules
Targets, exclusions and visa and sponsorship answers are written down, then you activate the monthly plan.
Every working day
We apply, you see every application
Trained people tailor your resume to each posting, submit through the employer's own system and save a record of each one that we share with you.
One working day
The same six steps, for every application
20–35 quality applications per active search day is our target.
This is a target, not a guaranteed minimum. Actual volume depends on suitable live openings, your approved criteria, application complexity, and employer systems, and we share a record of the work actually completed.
Search
Live U.S. roles are checked against your approved brief: roles, locations, salary range, exclusions and sponsorship needs.
Tailor
The job description is mapped to your real experience and the resume rebuilt for that role. Nothing is added that is not true.
Answer
Work authorisation and sponsorship answers come from the ones you approved. Anything outside your brief is raised with you.
Submit
Trained people submit through the employer's own system.
Record
The job link, the resume version and the submission confirmation are saved and shared with you.
Log
Replies, rejections and interview requests are added to the same record. If something needs you, we tell you.
The clocks
The deadlines behind a U.S. job search on a visa
These are the rules we plan around, with the official source linked on each one. An H-1B needs an employer that registers you, and an employer has to have chosen you first.
OPT unemployment
90 days
On post-completion OPT you may accrue at most 90 days of unemployment. SEVIS counts each calendar day without employer information, looking back to your OPT start date.

150 days in total
The allowance on STEM OPT is 150 days in total, and it includes any days already counted during post-completion OPT. A graduate who spent 60 days between jobs has 90 left.

E-Verify and Form I-983
A STEM OPT employer must be enrolled in E-Verify and sign a training plan (Form I-983). Enrolment therefore matters when you choose which roles to pursue for the extension.

March 4 to 19, 2026
A prospective employer or its representative files the registration, in a short window in March. In 2026 that window ran from March 4 to March 19. Without an employer that has committed by then, there is nothing to register.

Weighted since Feb 27, 2026
Since a rule that took effect on February 27, 2026, when registrations exceed the cap the selection is weighted generally by the wage level the offered salary reaches for the occupation and area. The wage level of the job you accept affects the odds.

Your record
Every application leaves a record we share with you
You do not have to take our word for it. For each application we keep and share:
- The job link
- The resume version used for that employer
- The submission confirmation
- Status and employer replies as they arrive
An application is marked submitted only once we hold the employer's confirmation.

FAQ
Questions we are asked
Is ApplyDone a bot or an auto-apply tool?
No. Trained people do the work: they research roles, tailor your resume, complete the employer's application and submit it through the employer's own hiring system. You define the search and provide the facts, and we keep a record of each submission and share it with you.
How are visa and sponsorship questions answered?
From facts you approve. Your work-authorisation and sponsorship answers are recorded in your search brief and become the rules the team follows. Sensitive answers are not improvised per employer, and anything outside your brief is raised with you first. We are not a law firm and do not give immigration advice.
How many applications will you submit?
Our delivery target is 20–35 quality applications per active search day. This is a target, not a guaranteed minimum. Actual volume depends on suitable live openings, your approved criteria, application complexity, and employer systems, and we share a record of the work actually completed. We would rather submit fewer well-matched applications than pad the number.
Does ApplyDone get me an H-1B?
No service can promise that. An H-1B needs an employer that decides to sponsor you and files a registration, and then a selection process that includes a lottery. What we do is the part you control: getting well-matched applications in front of employers while your OPT time runs. We do not promise interviews, offers, sponsorship or selection, and we are not a law firm.
Will you get me interviews or a job?
We cannot promise that, and we do not. Employers decide who they interview and hire. We commit to a defined process: factual applications, proof for each submission, and accurate reporting.
What do I pay, and what if it is not right for me?
The brief and our review are free. If we approve your search, the plan is $199 a month, month to month, with no commission and no long contract. If you paid and we have not started work, or we decide we cannot support your campaign, you can get a full refund. Once work has begun, charges for that period are generally non-refundable; the full policy is on the refund page.
Who sees my data?
Only authorised team members who need it to review, manage or support your campaign, with role-based access that is logged. The information an application requires is sent to that employer and its recruiting-system provider. We do not sell or rent candidate data. You can request export or deletion by email; verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days unless the law requires limited retention.
Do you ask for my LinkedIn or job-board passwords?
No. Our search brief asks for your professional details and a LinkedIn profile link, not for passwords to your accounts. Do not send us account passwords.
