Both ApplyDone and Scale.jobs use people, not bots, to submit job applications on your behalf. The real differences are how you pay, whether finding jobs is included in the price, and how much public track record each has.

Note on Scale.jobs pricing: its pricing page shows the plans in two layouts. The plan-by-plan breakdown prices "We Find Jobs" as an add-on on the three smaller packs, while an earlier card layout on the same page shows it inside the $299 plan. Confirm exactly what your pack includes at checkout.
What it costs per application
Price per application is only one measure, but it is the one people ask about. This uses published prices and counts. For ApplyDone it uses our target, not a guarantee: 20–35 applications per day over about 20 working days is roughly 400 to 700 a month.

If you already have a list of jobs and only want them submitted, Scale.jobs' $399 pack without add-ons is cheaper per application than ApplyDone's top end. If you want the team to find the roles and tailor the resume, compare against the add-on rows. These figures do not include the resume add-ons for Scale.jobs.
What Scale.jobs does well
- One-time payment with no subscription, and installment payments through Klarna, per its pricing page.
- Cover letters, expert resume writing and a LinkedIn makeover are available in its packages.
- A much larger public record: thousands of clients and hundreds of public reviews.
- A dedicated outcome manager and a regular strategy review.
Where ApplyDone is the better fit
- Your search has no fixed end date. A monthly plan lets you stop the month you land a job or change your mind.
- You want one price. Job-finding, resume tailoring and targeting review are in the $199, not add-ons.
- You want a person to read your search first. We tell you before you pay if we cannot support it.
- Your OPT or STEM OPT clock is running. The service is built around visa deadlines, and your sponsorship needs and exclusions are written into your approved brief before any application goes out.

If you already have a list of jobs and only want them submitted, Scale.jobs' larger packs can cost less per application.
Does Scale.jobs find jobs for you?
On the plan-by-plan breakdown of its pricing page (checked October 13, 2026), "We Find Jobs" is an add-on on the $199, $299 and $399 packs and included in the $1,099 bundle. Another section of the same page shows it in the $299 plan, so confirm at checkout.
Can I cancel ApplyDone at any time?
ApplyDone is month to month. Cancel before the next renewal. There is no long contract and no commission on your salary.
Do ApplyDone or Scale.jobs guarantee interviews?
ApplyDone does not promise interviews, offers, sponsorship or immigration outcomes. For Scale.jobs, read its own terms. Its pricing page reports outcome statistics, which are self-reported.
Which is better for someone on OPT or STEM OPT?
Neither service gives immigration advice, and both submit applications for you. Choose based on payment model, what is included in the price, and how much weight you put on a larger public review history.
